Flanders, NJ (November 14, 2017) — In The Zone Baseball & Softball Academy, a nationally recognized baseball and softball training academy will proudly host a toy drive to benefit St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital of Paterson, N.J.
The toy collection will be held at the new In The Zone headquarters located at 166 Gold Mine Road in Flanders, NJ, from now until December 13th. Community members, customers, partners, associates, vendors and friends are encouraged to visit the facility and bring in unwrapped toys which will be donated directly to the hospital.
“The mission of St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital is very dear to our hearts,” said In The Zone’s President Marcus Ippolito. “It’s an honor to be involved and we hope that our small effort brings a smile to a child’s face during the holiday season.”
St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital is part of the St. Joseph’s Healthcare System, and sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth. The hospital was founded in 1867. St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital are three-time recipients of the Magnet Award for Nursing Excellence, which is the highest recognition awarded by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, recognizing them for sustained excellence since 1999.
