“My son just finished his first season (fall) at ITZ as an 11U Cavalier. After his final game (even though we lost a hard fought battle), he said, ‘This was the most fun I have ever had in a baseball season.’ He has been playing baseball since he was 5 (he just turned 12). I think this is the ultimate compliment — not only did he learn a lot, but he had fun!” – Jacquie Z.
“My son takes private lessons and attends clinics at ITZ and has been receiving top level instruction from their former college and MiLB players for the last 3 years. He will be playing his third season on an ITZ club team this spring. He LOVES all of the coaches that he has trained with and his confidence and skill level continue to grow each season. I highly recommend ITZ if you are looking for solid baseball training without the parent drama and politics found in local little leagues and travel teams.” – Teri P.
“Great facility great coaching staff” – Deanne S.
“My son has been at ITZ for the past 6 year, starting at age 7. I would not maintain the relationship with ITZ without their trust, honest feedback and transparancy with our family. The guidance and direction regarding the instruction all aligned to player development. My son is challenged each year through development of goals, a plan to achieve to the goal and the goals are for every aspect of the game (hitting approach, defensive approach, pitching and body health) The season’s evaluations are fair, provide a development path and are communicated to my son and me. What separates ITZ from other organizations is the transparency and the focus on development – player, game preparation and mental parts of the game.” – David J.
“I give this review as a former athlete, a former owner of athletic training businesses, a coach and a father. ITZ has a great system and dedicated coaches who make a difference in the lives of the kids. This is what it is all about. If you want a safe environment that is going to build your child’s esteem, character and performance then ITZ is a great option. They also stress discipline which is highly valuable in today’s world. They don’t take nonsense. I cherish this. My son has found a true love for baseball because of his time at ITZ. He is always happy and loves going to every practice. This is the true sign of a great place. Highly recommend.” – Stephen B.
“These guys are the real deal they have done great work with my son A1 program” – Walter F.
“My son has been playing for an ITZ team for two seasons. His coach Tyler is enthusiastic, motivating, and genuinely cares about his players. I highly recommend ITZ!!!” – Liane M.

“Great facility! Coach Taylor is the best and always interested in the development of the players both on and off the field.” – Silvia V.
“We have been with ITZ since the Fall of 2015. ITZ has gone above and beyond to help my son grow in confidence and skills. His coaches and trainers have been knowledgeable and very supportive.” – Bonny W.
“Excellent coaching and training experience at In the Zone. Coaches clearly have a passion for baseball and a unique approach for training a player on an individual level. Our younger son has played on their teams for the past three years and we couldn’t be happier with the coach, the facility and the training opportunities available. The coaching staff and trainers really take the time to get to know every player they train in order to get the best effort and results. While our older son has not played on a team, he has taken lessons from multiple trainers at ITZ for several years. We have been extremely impressed with the dedication they’ve shown to his progress and development. All of the coaches & trainers that we have encountered at ITZ have a passion for baseball which is evident in every aspect of the professional way the program and business is run. Highly recommend for kids that are extremely serious about the sport or just want to improve basic skills.” – Shannon L.
“Been part of the ITZ family for 5 seasons! My son has really enjoyed it and continues to improve his play. Love it” – Nicole J.
“My son has been with ITZ for over four years. The coaches are amazing and he enjoys his lessons and playing time. He was struggling at the plate and his coach was able to work with him to correct his technique. We have seen so much improvement and success during our time with ITZ.” – Kathleen H.
“My son has been playing with ITZ for 5 years. He loves his team, all the coaches he works with and even his workouts. Thanks Coach Taylor for all your hard work.” -Christa S.
“The coaches here know your kids, know what their greatest challenges are and focus on those areas during all interactions. They are approachable and have answered every question asked unlike prior experiences. They return calls and emails and they treat your kid the same whether he’s an ace or the 12th man on the roster. They provide player specific training advice base on what they see in that player. Having played at three other clubs (and driving past those three clubs to get to this one) pretty much sums how I feel. I’m glad we made the move to ITZ.” – Kevin T.
“Great facility! All the coaches are really invested in working with and developing each individual player to be the best they can be! My son has been with ITZ for 3 years and really enjoys being part of a great team and organization! He has grown and developed so much with the ITZ organization, highly recommend this academy!” – Jennifer R.
“Wonderful staff and training. My 2 boys have attended other programs in the past including out of state. ITZ is well organized. The facility itself is clean, bright and welcoming. Great program!!” – Maryellen I.
“Our son has played with in the zone for 3 seasons now. Every coach has been very good with the boys. My son enjoys his time with his teammates and his coaches and has made many new friends as there are a lot of return players.” – Craig M.
“My son loves it there and says he wouldn’t play anywhere else! They are teaching the game the right way! I would recommend this place to anyone!” – Trevor B.
“Great place for training. The coaches work hard with the kids to get them ready for games. Coaches are very friendly and always hands on with the drills. My son loves his coaches. I will be returning for future seasons” – Liz M.
“In The Zone is a great facility if you want to learn how to play baseball the right way. They have college coaches who teach you the fundamentals as well as advanced baseball. They have great competition in their college show case teams. I love being a part of this club and have learned a lot.” – Anthony V.
“My son has been with In The Zone for six years now. He participates in individual lessons as well as fall and spring travel teams. We find the overall experience at In The Zone wonderful. My son loves to go, respects his coaches, and walks away with terrific experience which will help him moving forward. The travel team experience is especially challenging which is exactly what I am looking for. Competition is tough, but we always seem play best when it’s trophy getting time, having won the league championship more times than not. This is a sign of great kids, great training, and great coaching.” – Frank A.
“We are here for our second year and love it. The coaches are caring. The correspondence is magnificent. I have been a part of 2 other Clubs and didn’t care for how they were run. This place has been top notch. They don’t just take kids to win. They develop kids to win and want them until college. My son entered a decent hitter and with this organization he hit his first 2 run homer over the Center fence. How does a dad not love that? The kids all get along and the parents are kind and caring as well.” – Matthew D.
“Player development is a top priority….Between the lessons, the great new facility, and the coaching staff…. you are not going to find a better organization…” – Diane M.
“I have been extremely impressed with the quality of performance, training, and baseball instruction from In The Zone. Facilities are outstanding! Trainers are top notch. They have played and coached at high levels, and they can relay the game exceptionally well to players. They are focused on skill development, positive interactions with the kids, and instilling positive life lessons. My son is a current player on their travel team, and he has participated in private instruction. We have been thrilled with the experience thus far, and we look forward to continuing to remain in the family as he continues his baseball career.” – Mark M.
“I have been bringing my 8 year old son there for two years now and I can say that in the zone is a top notch baseball and softball facility. All the coaches are young enthusiastic and know the game! The have helped my son become a outstanding baseball player!” – RJ D.
